1. Project Booking- First thing to do is schedule a phone call or meeting so I can get a handle on your project and vision. After that I will send you an email outlining my take-a-ways from our visit. This gives us the opportunity to fine tune any changes and talk about any other project opportunities. Once we come to an agreement I will send you the outline of the project, you'll review, sign and return your client agreement. When I receive your signed client agreement I will send you the project invoice. It's worth noting that the investment is different for each project and I do offer several package options. Deposit and payment schedule will be sent with the invoice on large projects.
Welcome to the Meaganish Family!
2. Questionnaire- As painful as twenty questions is. It is what happens next. Whether you've booked a photo session or design work, I have questions. The more thorough you can be the better. I will send you my questionnaire and a list of any additional files I need.
3. Design Time- If we are working on a design project this is the part where I do my thing. Once I send proofs you will review them and provide feedback on the design(s).
Photo Session Step 3- If you have booked a photo session I will send you an email outlining the "Plan" and some available dates for your session. Once two dates have been confirmed, (first pick date and a backup date) I will email you an itinerary. See you at the shoot!
4. Finale- When you have approved the design(s) I will without a doubt have a fancy coffee to celebrate. After that I will provide you with the file types you need. If files need to be sent directly to the advertising agency, apparel provider, magazine designer, I am happy to do that as well. Let me know if you want an image to share to your socials highlighting the new work.
Photo Finale- I can tell you from past experiences that I will geek out over your photos. Once I have made the necessary edits and finished working on your photos I will email you with a link to your photo album. You will be able to download photos from there.
